elmTEK is an Australian Defence Science and Technology (S&T) business. Established in 2012, the business comprises a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, physicists, mathematicians and support staff. The company continues to grow rapidly with our people collectively aligned in our mission to solve mission-critical problems at pace to protect and advance our national defence capabilities. We have a strong science and technology pedigree in platform survivability, Electro-Magnetic Spectrum (EMS) technologies, Countermeasure Development & Validation (CMD&V) and Electro-Optic (EO) systems, with capabilities established across air, land and maritime domains. Our core capabilities are in Modelling, Simulation and Analysis (MS&A), Measurement and Test Systems (M&TS) and Sensor and Integration Technologies (S&IT), underpinned by our program management and systems engineering disciplines.
