Company Overview

PRP Manufacturing was established in 1991 and is an engineering company focused on solutions from rubber, sponge, foam, plastic, composites and other specialised materials. Our capability includes a full manufacturing and CNC computer cutting facility, featuring waterjet, routing (5-axis), knife, laser, die press technology, and assembly.

We provide gasket and sealing solutions, protective packaging (hard cases, soft cases, custom), fabrication of custom/bespoke components, and advanced engineered sponges and foams for thermal, heat, dampening and sound applications. We also have engineering expertise in-house and CAD/3D printing capabilities. We consult in material selection and specifications based upon our soft materials and areas of expertise.

PRP is ISO 9001 certified, and has heavy involvement in Defence, supporting both primes and SME’s both nationally and overseas.
