We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Program Coordination Officer to join the Defence Innovation Partnership team. Reporting to the Director, Defence Innovation Partnership, the successful applicant will be an integral part of a small, highly motivated and productive team.

This new contract position is responsible for providing a comprehensive range of timely, confidential and professional project coordination and administrative support services to the Defence Innovation Partnership team.

Special Conditions:

  • Some out-of-hours work may be required to support DIP activities
  • A current Class C (Car) Drivers’ Licence is desirable

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Experience in project coordination including providing support for project management eg. monitoring project milestones, coordinating project team meetings, and proactively updating project documentation.
  • Experience with supporting Boards and/or committees with preparation and collation of reports, agendas and discussion papers, and preparation of accurate and concise meeting minutes.
  • Experience in project administration tasks such as preparing and reconciling invoices and purchase orders, travel expenditure and monthly credit card statements.
  • Experience in organising travel arrangements, preparing itineraries and accommodation, coordinating arrangements for meetings, conferences and official functions.
