M2T Group is a veteran-owned Australian Defence company delivering integrated consulting, specialist equipment and accredited training across the defence life cycle, from concept to sustainment. Founded in Canberra by Brenden Matthews, a 20-year Army veteran and former Chief Engineer, M2T brings an insider’s understanding of government and Defence to every engagement. The Group operates through three integrated businesses: M2T Solutions (capability advice, engineering and program delivery), M2T Global (specialist less-lethal, protective and counter-UAS equipment) and M2T Training (RTO #46387). We work alongside the Australian Submarine Agency and the Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance (GWEO) Enterprise, and partner with Defence primes to grow sovereign capability. With 25+ years of experience, 8 Australian locations, ISO 9001:2015 certification, M2T is a trusted, Australian-owned partner through acquisition, sustainment and upgrade.
Products and Services
M2T Solutions: Independent capability advice, engineering support (governance, safety, assurance, test and evaluation), program and project delivery, and through-life sustainment for Defence, industry and government. Recent work includes GWEO guided weapons and large calibre munitions manufacturing, SSN-AUKUS combat systems, the Osborne Submarine Construction Yard and hypersonic vehicle testing.
M2T Global: Authorised Australian distributor and supply-chain partner for specialist less-lethal, protective and counter-UAS equipment, including BolaWrap 150 and PavaShot EMC 200. We manage sourcing, importation, compliance, spare parts and in-country support.
M2T Training: Nationally registered training organisation (RTO #46387) offering accredited and non-accredited pathways. Our white-label model lets industry experts deliver training under their own banner while M2T provides compliance, quality systems, student records and assessment frameworks.
