We provide Security Clearance sponsorship and through-life management, access to security-cleared talent through ADCG Recruiting, Defence Security Membership Support including both application and through-life governance support, and strategic consulting services. Since 2009, ADCG has supported more than 7,000 personnel and works with organisations across the Defence industry and its supply chains.

Security Clearance Applications & Sponsorship – We facilitate and sponsor candidates at the Baseline, NV1 (Secret), and NV2 (Top Secret) security clearance levels, enabling business to compete for Defence work with a cleared workforce.
Security Clearance Management – ADCG provides through-life governance and security clearance management, ensuring security clearance holders can maintain and uplift their clearance status and comply with mandatory reporting and training requirements.
Recruiting Security Cleared Talent – ADCG Recruiting provides access to a network of security cleared candidates to meet your workforce needs.
Strategic Consulting – ADCG’s Strategic Consulting Group provides Defence policy and industry analysis including Australian defence industry market entry assessments.
Defence Security Membership Support – ADCG assists Industry with their applications to Defence Industry Security Branch for membership. ADCG provides ongoing governance support for Defence Security Membership across all four security components: Governance; Personnel; Physical; Information & Cyber.
Other Projects
ADCG has partnered with Prominence Consulting to accelerate skills development and the transfer of knowledge in Australia’s nuclear-powered submarine program.
