Design – both consulting and detailing
Extensive prequalified weld procedures
Welding and heavy automated welding
Non-ferrous welding and surface treatment (large passivation facility for 300 series S/S)
Heavy and oversize transport

20,000 m2 of Onsite Storage with 5+ acres of hard stand area
2 x 20t Overhead gantries
Onsite lifting equipment:
1x 33t capacity forklift, 1x 16t, 2x 12t capacity forklifts,
2x 4.5t and 4x 2.5t removed yard crane
2 of 70t heavy duty engineered jinker units complete with hydraulic lifters on each unit
Accreditations
Solid QA system compliant with high end client requirements to AS5131 CC3 Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection, Weld Australia AS3834.2 pending
Quality ISO9001, Safety AS4801 and Environmental ISO14001 certification
