Formed in 1993 as a specialist hydraulic cylinder designer and manufacturer with the capability to manufacture hydraulic cylinders from 25mm diameter up to 914mm and 15 metres long, the Ezy-Fit Engineering Group has expanded to include build to print precision machining and other allied services to complement its offerings to industry.

Our modern state of the art facilities include:
- 5 Axis machining up to 6m x 1.1 x .9m and 10t table capacity
- 7 Axis turning & milling up to 7.8m between centres and turning diameter up to 1m
- Honing up to 1m diameter and 15m in length
- CMM Inspection up to 3m x 1.5m x 1m
- CAD/CAM design and production technology
- MIG, TIG & Sub-Arc welding of ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless steels to numerous standards and classifications
- Design, manufacture and fabrication of jigs and fixtures with cranage up to 10t and under hook of 6m
- Assembly and test up to 690 Bar and torque multiplier up to 1550Nm
- Perimeter security with 24/7 access denial via secure monitoring
