Products and Services
Our A1 Adelaide facility (211 Pirie Street) is a NEXTDC Gen 4, Tier IV 5MW DC with 3 data halls and up to 1,470 racks. A1 is Security Zone 3 with scope to facilitate Security Zone 4/5 enclaves.
NEXTDC offers standardised or customised colocation services with a 100% uptime guarantee and the option to take up certified carbon neutral services.
NEXTDC’s AXON interconnection platform enables Layer 2 flexible, direct connectivity to any PoP in the ecosystem (managed or dark fibre service): across the data hall or nation.
NEXTDC offers dedicated mission critical operations (MCX) spaces ensuring uninterrupted availability for critical teams and processes.
Our ONEDC Infrastructure Management platform enables customers access to real-time data and that streamlines management, electronic rack access, the booking of parking, amenities and remote hands support.
NEXTDC also offers edge data centre facilities that enable power, security and low latency interconnectivity at remote operational edges.
Accreditations
All NEXTDC facilities are completely fault tolerant, certified Tier III (Gen 1 facilities) or Tier IV (Gen 2 onwards) as audited by international and independent Uptime Institute. These certifications have been achieved for Design Documents, Built Environments and Operational Sustainability.
NEXTDC have achieved International Standards (ISO) certification for Quality Management (ISO 9001), Environmental Management (ISO 14001), Information Security Management (ISO 27001) and Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001).
Our facilities have achieved NABERS 5-star energy efficiency ratings for data centres and TRUE waste management accreditation.
All data centres have been accredited as Certified Strategic, the highest level available under the Commonwealth Digital Transformation Agency’s (DTA) infrastructure hosting certification framework. We are also security certified as PCI-DSS-compliant and have achieved SOC 1 & 2 compliance under the AAICPA’s Trust Services Criteria.
