Pique Global consultants bring a wide range of professional skills and experiences, working with leaders and senior executives in both the public and private sectors. All of our consultants have worked on leadership development and other consulting projects within the public sector, including agencies at all three levels of government, government trading enterprises and universities. A number of our consultants are former or current serving Officers in the ADF, so we bring strong understanding of the operating environment and needs of Defence and Industry.
We are currently delivering programs that impact the entire leadership system with several long standing clients (Ford, Bridgestone, Wilson Group, ICON and Kapitol). We have designed these programs to target three levels of leadership: emerging, middle and senior & executive. Our clients have been delighted with our approach as we understand the different needs of each level and develop interventions to suit.
